Name will be placed on the front of the tag.

Metal/font color - silver or gold will match the tag that is chosen.

Please reference the color chart provided to pick a background color for your tag. Writing "0" will mean artist's choice.

Add phone number (optional)

Every tag comes standard with:
- Glossy, non toxic resin sealer on the front and back of the tag.
- Metal jump ring in chosen color

**If you want additional easy exchange rings, charms or phone number addons, you will need to add those separate listings to your shopping cart.

Please allow for small imperfections and differences in the tags as they are handmade. They will not compromise the integrity of the tag. The tags are water resistant, NOT water proof and may show wear over time and heavy use. They are also NOT chew proof, so please supervise your pet while the tag is in use.

Washing instructions: gently hand wash with warm water and gentle soap. Avoid letting mud/dirt dry onto tag's surface for too long prior to washing.
