Thank you for shopping with Gold in August Co! We are committed to delivering your order in the most efficient way possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how shipping works for your orders.


1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Shipping rates vary based on the weight of the order and the selected method.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 5-7 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-4 business days
  • USPS Priority Express: 1-3 business days
  • UPS Ground Saver: 5-7 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3-5 business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: 3 business days
  • UPS Standard

Note: Delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location and external factors such as weather or courier delays.


2. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100. This offer applies to domestic shipments only.


3. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship internationally to Canada. Please note that customs, import taxes, and duties may apply, and are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping times may vary based on the destination. In order to minimize additional fees for the customer, we use only USPS International shipping, although this may increase the shipping time slightly.

  • International Standard Shipping: ~14+ business days

4. Order Processing

Because everything is made by hand, we usually estimate 2-3 weeks production time, depending on the number of orders. Your items will be shipped as soon as they are made!

Don't forget that the production time estimate does NOT include shipping time. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


5. Shipping Methods

We use the following shipping carriers to deliver your order:

  • USPS
  • UPS

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We cannot be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you realize there’s an issue with your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately via email gold.in.august.co@gmail.com, via Instagram (@gold.in.august.co) or through the "Contact Me" section on this website.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Gold in August Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided. However, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues and ensure the package is located.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at @gold.in.august.co@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


9. Order Cancellations & Changes

Once your order has been placed, it enters our fulfillment process quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot make changes or cancellations once the order has been processed or shipped.


10. Combining Multiple Shipments

If you make separate orders that need to be combined, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid having to play duplicate shipping. Orders cannot be combined if an order has been processed or shipped.
